Support/Software QC Tester
CardioStream
is a Medical Software Company located in Milton, Georgia that was conceived in
2002 to address the complexities encountered by private practices incorporating
new technologies. Our unique environment combines patients, medical
practitioners, software developers, and advanced technologies such as CT scan,
ultrasound, and other medical imaging procedures. CardioStream's
digital platform provides for collection, storage, interpretation, and
distribution of clinical imagery through the health care enterprise.
CardioStream is an all-digital WEB-based product which allows for seamless
remote transmission of images from the patient through interpretation to the
providers caring for the patient. We are a very close knit team looking for a
versatile person who would help provide Support to our Clients and end users
and also would be able to do Quality Control and Software Testing. This is a
"Virtual Office" full time position, with the employee working from their Home
Office. Salary will be commensurate with experience.
Qualifications:
1. 4 year degree or equivalent work experience
2. Some level of experience in Software Testing
3. Strong communication skills.
4. Self directed and self motivated with strong work ethic
5. Good PC and basic software application skills
6. Must have ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
7. Must have transportation commensurate with position.
8. Employment based on successful background investigations, which include but are not limited to - employment history, drug, credit, and DMV checks
Responsibilities:
1. 50 % of the time spent in Customer Service Support and 50% with Software Testing and Quality Control
2. Provide direct support to clients and end users.
3. Ability to use a CMR system to manage client contact or issues.
4. Installation, Configuration and Troubleshooting of desktops/laptops that contain Windows XP, Windows 7 and our custom software.
5. Build and support small networks to integrate customer imaging equipment with our solution. Network and Internet connectivity troubleshooting a must.
6. Telephone Support (daily, rotating after hours on call)
7. Network connectivity troubleshooting
8. Windows Server administration and advanced networking would be beneficial
9. Ability to document software testing by creating test plans, test cases and test scripts with an understanding of QA methodologies and practices.
10. Onsite travel (local metro Atlanta area) as needed
